Screening of all applicants to include credit checks, criminal background checks, and verification of employment and rental references

Execution of leases and maintaining the collection of security deposit and monthly rental payments

Maintaining all necessary communication with tenants to include any necessary late letters, lease violation letters, lease renewal reminders, and maintenance concerns, including any afterhour’s concerns

Maintaining financial records on each property to keep filing taxes as easy as possible. These records include a monthly property statement, including copies of any invoices paid, as well as an annual year end statement that will accompany the annual 1099 for tax purposes
